Health & Fitness for Busy People
Introduction
Health is wealth. This phrase tells us that our real treasure is our health. We could achieve our goals in our life or can do work with more energy if we are healthy. For being healthy we should be physically, mentally and socially fit.
But, now-a-days to be the healthy is a huge challenge for busy people. The workload has been increasing day by day. Due to excessive workload, people cannot take good care of their health and spending 10-12 hours in doing work may feel stressful for that person. People skip the exercise, eat fast food and don’t take proper sleep in completing the work.
How to be Physically and Mentally Fit?
Balanced diet
Balanced diet is very necessary for being healthy. A balanced diet means all the nutrients are present in a limited amount. Now-a-days, due to excessive workload people take fast food to eat fastly and to save time. But, this food may feel us lazy and are not nutritious for our health
So, balanced diet is necessary which are nutritious for our health, gives us energy to do more work and feel us active throughout the day. Balanced diet should consist of grains, cereals, pulses, vegetables (especially green leafy vegetables), fruits and water.
The professionals can eat raw vegetables and fruits if they had not time to cook food. But, to eat only fruits and vegetables is not sufficient. You can also eat sprouts.
Exercise or Find Ways of Exercising 💪💪
Mostly the busy people skip the exercise but it also should be done along with the balanced diet. The balanced diet is not sufficient; the exercise should also be done. Try to add exercise in your schedule for 40-45 minutes. If you cannot add exercise in your schedule, then you can find ways in your regular work by which you can do exercise.
For example, you can take stairs instead of lift, if you are living in a flat or your office is in a building having more floors. You can walk and go to a colleague instead of sending message. You can go to your workplace by walking or cycling.
Meditation
Along with exercise, one should also do the meditation. As meditation helps our body to relax and it also improves our concentration. If you have busy schedule, then you can do meditation in the morning for 15-20 minutes.
Sleep well 😌😌
Mostly busy person takes less sleep due to excessive workload. But to take sufficient sleep is also necessary. It would feel us relaxed and stress free. So we should take sleep of 7-8 hours.
Stop taking stress 😟😞
Taking stress can have a strong impact on our day-to-day life. You might get frustrate with this. The people around you can also have some problems with you because of your behavior due to stress and frustration.
So, don’t take stress. To relax you can do meditation as told earlier in this blog or you can do anything which you love to do (your hobby). By doing that you will become happy and stress would be decreased or else you can listen music or songs which you like.
